McWEB Accounting Version 8 Enhanced Payroll Tax Reporting (EPTR) is NOW AVAILABLE. \u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0EPTR will keep McWEB Clients Current on ALL Tax Reporting Requirements. \u00a0No need to order tax forms, as EPTR will print all forms on plain paper on in-house printers. Additionally forms, such as W2’s and the new ACA 1094c can be processed, printed, and mailed out of the EPTR service center.<\/p>\n

Clients can now be free of the costs and frustrations of maintaining an in-house server, as McWEB is now hosted in the Cloud. McWEB is now accessed via a secure internet connection. Each client is hosted on their own Virtual Private Server (VPS). The VPS is continuously optimized and data backed up, ensuring uninterrupted access, high-speed processing, and complete data security. Client’s now have secured access to McWEB from any location with an internet connection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    A major payroll enhancement for all Promethean Clients. Distributed processing allows for the secure processing of payroll from remote office locations. Normal employee records maintenance, time ticket entry, and reporting can now be processed at remote office locations.Access is restricted to the individual users security level, ensuring that access is only granted to those specific functions assigned the individual user. Access is also secured over Promethean’s high security VPN’s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      The new store polling system is now released. This system will automatically access the store’s ISP on a daily basis, downloading operations and payroll information. The system then transfers that information into the Payroll, Point of Sale, and Accounts Payable systems. In the event of automatic polling failure, the user can manually initiate the polling process fo any stores, for any date within the 60 day ISP data window.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
